The building process can vary greatly, depending on the size and location of your home, and whether you’ve chosen an existing design or a customized plan. However, the typical range is between 7 and 10 months.
Do I need to find my own lot?
Cardinal Homes regularly purchases lots throughout the Omaha area, making them available to our customers as we buy them. You can review our available lots. However, if you find a different lot you’d like to purchase, we can build there as well.

Our starting price range is $500,000.

Yes, we have no limit of change orders. Each home build is truly custom. Home owners are able to meet with Cardinal Homes at any time during the building process.
