Our Custom Home Building Process
1. CONTACT
Get in touch with Cardinal Homes to set up an introductory meeting. This is also a great time to visit a model and see one of our homes in person.
4. PERSONALIZE
Select the personalized details that define your new home, from innovative features to custom finishes and fixtures.
2. DESIGN
We’ll hold a design kickoff meeting to discuss your home’s location, building plans, design, specs and a timeline.
5. BUILD
We’ll walk you through every step of the construction process. Then, our team will get to work building your home, balancing efficiency with careful craftsmanship.
3. FINANCE
Our team will work with you to review all costs and secure financing for your new home.
6. CLOSE
It’s closing time! Your Cardinal Homes custom home is officially yours. Once closing is complete, we’ll hand over the keys.
